- The Principal Investigator (PI) can submit a maximum of two (2) studies for each meeting. This specification distinguishes the PI as the thesis supervisor while the first-author is designated as the thesis student.
- Both the author(s) and the PI bear the responsibility for the submitted document. This implies that both parties are accountable for the content and accuracy of the submission.
- The Empty Template can be accessed by clicking the link provided below. Once filled in electronically, it should be printed, wet-signed (manually signed on printouts), scanned, and saved as a single PDF file. Please note that submissions signed digitally or on the computer will be subject to desk rejection.
- This version emphasizes the process of obtaining, filling, signing, and saving the document as a single PDF, while clearly stating the consequence for submissions signed digitally or on the computer.

- The 'Informed Consent Form' is required for each submission and must be tailored specifically to the content of the relevant study. The informed consent form must be unique and be consistent with what is described in the submission.
- The documents outlining the minimum requirements for the 'Informed Consent Form' are below. Please refrain to use existing hospital informed consent forms.
- Additionally, it's important to ensure that this form is in the Language of Research Universe. Since the research universe pertains to Turkish people, the minimum criteria content forms provided below are in Turkish Language.

- If the first-author or the PI are not affiliated with Yeditepe University, an 'Evaluation Fee' must be deposited into the Yeditepe University Revolving Fund bank account below before submission.
* Evaluation fee: 3100 TRY (100 USD) + 18% VAT (Total: 3658 TRY).

* Please include 'Non-Interventional Clinical Research Institutional Review Board Application Fee' in the note section of the bank receipt.
* Save the receipt of the deposited fee as a PDF file and attach it to the relevant field of the e-submission.
* The payment is non-refundable if the evaluated file receives a rejection decision.
* Submissions made using non-institutional email addresses will be considered outside the institution's application and are subject to the application payment.
* Failure to pay the evaluation fee before the submission process will result in rejection of the application.
- Ensure login with the institutional email account.
- Access e-submission via the provided link. Upload the PDF file(s), and fill in the research title and names of researchers in the form.

- The evaluation process is initiated after the format check of both e-submission and EBYS application files by the board secretariat.
- Please note that both the e-submission and the EBYS submission need to be fullfilled for initiating the evaluation process.
- The system will automatically send an email to the applicant.
- Applicants can track the status of their submission using the submission link and submission number received via email.
